Operations Director

Stephen’s main responsibility is to grow Contego by ensuring customers get the very best experience through helpful, accurate product information and recommendations for all PPE scenarios.

Stephen has worked for Contego since leaving school and learnt the ropes in the warehouse, developing an understanding of how the process works and the importance of ensuring that all customer requirements are clear.

He also had a short stint in the purchasing team to gain an understanding of the processes that an order goes through. Now he works in the environment that he loves the most, speaking with customers day in day out!

He said: “I really enjoy interacting with customers and providing them with all the information they require to make informed decisions about items they should purchase and ensure their teams are protected correctly. I enjoy the busy atmosphere of customers who have urgent requires and being able to deliver on these!”
